Paralegal- Insurance Dispute Resolution

Focus:
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare, organize, and manage legal documents for litigation and insurance coverage cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft correspondence, and assist in the preparation of pleadings and discovery materials.
- File and monitor documents in accordance with Federal and California court regulations.
- Manage deadlines and maintain accurate case files, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements.
- Provide administrative and substantive support to attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Skill Set:
- A Paralegal Certificate from a program accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) is advantageous; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage matters.
- Comprehensive understanding of Federal and California court systems, including filing procedures and rules.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
